Why e-assessment and what can we assess?

Dr Simon Ball of Techdis gave a presentation indicating the value of using electronic forms of assessment.

Within the presentation ‘General Guidance’ are considerations such as: what we should/can assess and skills which should not be assessed such as short-term memory or physical endurance.

The 'Accessible Content' presentation looks at the issues surrounding production of content for assessment and includes: use of language, font styles and colour, problems users may have with navigation and appropriate display of tables.
